What a awesome experience, my wife and were first time home buyers and very nervous about the market. So we were super relieved when we got referred to Jai & Brad, they literally made us feel like family, they explained the home buying process and how the market is. Jai and Brad are very knowledgeable about the whole entire industry, any question I had they had answers for it. They explained all the comps around the area, plus their personal reasons why and why not to buy certain homes we looked at. They were really invested in finding us the right property in the right area for the right price!!! Honestly we probably looked at 15-20 houses, but finally found the one!! Thanks a lot Jai and Brad, we our lifers now!!!
My husband and I had been through the ringer before we found Jai. We had been looking for a house for six months and were even homeless because of a realtors incredible lack of knowledge. We were then referred to Jai and within one week she found us a home and within 30 days, we were moved in. She treated us like family, like she really actually cared. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and family and will only use her as our realtor from now on. She is knowledgeable, caring, and treats you like family.

I cannot find enough words to compliment Jai Brooks! My husband and I purchased a townhome in Boulder close to CU Boulder for our daughter to live in while she is attending there. Since we are out of state we had to trust the team to find an appropriate place for her to live, and help us manage the property. Needless to say, Jai and the entire team has exceeded all expectations and we feel extremely lucky to have had our transaction move so smoothly and are happy with our purchase.
